hi, i'm mushroom! a bit more info about me here.
i'm 16 and found this website thanks to one of my friends!
something about me is i get hyperfixated quite easily lol. one day i'm fixated on coding my website (omg like now), the next day it's crocheting until my fingers fall off.
i plan to eventually work in the creative field/film industry, either as an editor or creative director. i also don't really mind getting into web dev either lol (still working the career part out siufdushf, welp that's not-so-future mushroom's problem now).
fun fact:
ahh avatar. i started watching it in quarintine and was obsessed omg. it was and still is one of my all time favorite shows. i love the worldbuilding and character arcs so much. it was my fixation for quite a while even after quarintine ended.
i discovered arcane a little bit after season 1 finished airing and immedietly loved it.
immedietly watched every single arcane analysis after finishing the show and it was so fun discovering all the hidden/double meanings and easter eggs (AND THE ANIMATION).
i wanted to try out LoL because "arcane was so good! and the lore was based on a game? sign me up!" and almost immedietly stopped playing HAHAHA.
i started watching she-ra after my friend reccomended it sometime after the show ended. i had a pretty big she-ra phase at some point (that should tell you how much i liked this show) haha.
i really like the themes it presents and touches on (the cycle of war, breaking the cycle of abuse etc.) and overall it's just a good show :D
i actually didn't like attack on titan the first time i watched it help. i felt it was to violent/gory for me and i found eren really annoying LMAO.
it was after a video got reccomended to me about the story of ymir fritz, and seeing some aot character analysis videos that i gave it a rewatch and actually really liked it. i really liked that the protagonist ultimately turned into the series villain by the end and that there was so much foreshadowing throughout the series.
one of my favorite book/movie series omgomg. hunger games is the reason i got so into the distopian genre and sorta into politics.
the series is so good. there is so much foreshadowing and hidden meanings throughout the series aaa.
very excited for sunrise on the reaping!
my childhood obession that never truly died. i'm not as into the books/moves anymore compared to a few years ago but it is always so fun and nostalgic to revisit them every so often lol.
the first anime i ever watched lol i discovered it from an art commentary youtuber i used to watch. she was drawing todoroki and 12 y/o me was thinking "ayo this person looks a lot like zuko ??" and then the mha rabbit hole started
